By using this website or app, you agree that the items displayed on blade.ph are advertisements — a notice to the public that the goods are offered in Blade Auto Center stores.

Clicking “buy now”, “add to my cart” or a similar button means you are submitting your offer to buy that particular item, which Blade may accept or reject.

Orders are processed Mondays through Saturdays, 9:00 AM to a 3:00 PM cut-off, Manila time. Orders placed after the cut-off are processed on the next business day.

For third-party purchases — for example a cardholder outside the country buying for family in the Philippines — additional requirements apply before an order is released.

Information on the platform may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission, and to change or update information or cancel an order where information was inaccurate — at any time and without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. We have no obligation to update or clarify information except as required by law.

Replacement of a unit due to change of mind is not allowed. Only defective goods can be returned or exchanged.

If an item is defective, inform blade.ph within 7 days by emailing customerservice@blade.ph. A Customer Service Representative will investigate and provide instructions. Reported later than 7 days, the concern will still be investigated but replacement falls under the manufacturer’s disposition.

A returned item must be in its original delivery condition and sent back with prepaid shipping charges, insured for the full purchase price, with the original copy of the Sales Invoice. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and Blade may charge administrative and handling charges depending on the circumstances of the return.

If you find a product that is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, excluding products that are not eligible for return.

In addition to other prohibitions set out in these terms, you may not use the platform or its content for: any unlawful purpose; soliciting unlawful acts; violating any regulation, law or ordinance; infringing intellectual property rights; harassment, abuse, discrimination or harmful behaviour; submitting false information; transmitting malicious code; collecting personal information without consent; spam, phishing or unauthorised data collection; obscene or immoral purposes; or interfering with security features.

We reserve the right to terminate access to the service for a violation of these prohibited uses.

Your submission of personal information through the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time, provided you discontinue any further use of the blade.ph site.

blade.ph may also terminate this Agreement at any time, and may do so immediately without notice and deny your access to the site, if in blade.ph’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.

On termination by either party, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from the site, and all copies of those materials.

Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the blade.ph site must be brought in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of those courts.
